Our cold brew and nitro coffee are back on the men Our cold brew and nitro coffee are back on the menu.Cold brew coffee is a method of coffee extraction, using time rather than heat. We steeped our cold brew for 18 hours. This is the base for many iced drinks and the nitro coffee.Nitro coffee is infused with nitrogen gas to give the coffee a velvety, smooth coffee taste with a good layer of mousse like foam on top.Come in, give it a try.#matteroftastekw #downtownKitchener
