Our cold brew and nitro coffee are back on the men Our cold brew and nitro coffee are back on the menu.Cold brew coffee is a method of coffee extraction, using time rather than heat.  We steeped our cold brew for 18 hours. This is the base for many iced drinks and the nitro coffee.Nitro coffee is infused with nitrogen gas to give the coffee a velvety, smooth coffee taste with a good layer of mousse like foam on top.Come in, give it a try.#matteroftastekw

Many of you have seen her at the shop making your coffee, having a chat and sharing stories.Lauren  joined our team for more than 10 years. She has been a steady hand, a reliable and responsible member of our team. Her strong work ethic, loyalty and cheerful personality has made a meaningful impact on us all.Thankyou Lauren! We are grateful for you. Thankyou for the memories and for being a friend.As she moves on to the next chapter of her journey, we wish her all the best and she will be missed.Lauren's last day is April 15th.
