New specialty coffee from Peru. This is our singl New specialty coffee from Peru. This is our single origin light roast.Peruvian coffee is known for its high-altitude, grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,900 masl.This coffee comes from Cajamarca Community. Farmers cultivate diverse varietals such as Red and Yellow Caturra, Pache, Catimor, Typica and Burbon. The beans are washed and sun-dried.Tasting notes: caramel, plum & pear, full body with fine acidityThe beans are available for home brewing.
